Description: Hiring for media spaces is a bit of an unknown because the spaces themselves are still so new. This round table will discuss ideas on how to structure a job ad, what soft skills are more important than hard skills, and questions to ask at the interview. We will also talk about qualifications, and whether faculty/professionals should have an MLIS.
