In celebration of Black History month, Office of Student Engagement (OSE) hosted Black in Business, a discussion featuring recent VCU Business Alumni who've run their own side-hustle. 

Moderator, Tammie Goode '18 (Founder of Serabella's candles) is joined by Destiny Graham '20 (Founder of Destiny's Pops), Isaiah Harvin '18 (Co-Founder, Medicine Value Partners & APTIC Accessibility Solutions), and Jazmine Lawrence '19 & Sarah Mekonnen '19, (Co-founders of Distant Connections). 

Topics include: the journey to here: past, present and future, existing resources for black entrepreneurs and how to navigate them, celebration of success stories, and what kind of support is needed for black entrepreneurs.
