Open enrollment for health coverage and flexible spending accounts (FSAs)  takes place May 1 - May 23, 2016. This video is a recorded version of the VCU Human Resources presentation offered at this year's on-campus open enrollment meetings during May. Elections made during open enrollment are effective for the plan year that begins on July 1, 2016.
